When I think about the skills needed to be a good mediator versus keeping the project on track to produce high quality releases every six months I think that the skillset is very different. The other items seem to be what skills FESCo needs to perform all of the roles that it does today. I'm interested in what we see the primary role of FESCo is under the asusmption that it might be hard to find people who have the desirable characteristics to do all of the primary roles well. -Toshio
