Yes but that is already being taken into account in the current mockups.
get.fp.o vs spins.fp.o. Don't see any disagreement.

Yes, we can still override the overwhelming majority if they vote for
example, no password prompts anywhere. My point is simply that, a vote
can only be one of the factors if at all in any decision about defaults.
The actual majority of users simply won't care about technical gibberish
like GNOME or KDE or Xfce.
