No that I recall.  Point out the specific language that *encourages* the
use of non-free software.

I'm in favor of the harm reduction stand point and the comparison to
needle exchange programs.  It doesn't mean I encourage addicts to shoot
heroin.  It means I encourage them to shoot with clean needles so as to
not spread infection.  They have the right to mess up their own bodies,
but should not spread disease (and associated public health risk) with
it.
