Robert Scheck (CC'ed) has prepared this wiki page -

upgrade or not the Fedora development version to the latest upstream RPM
package.
He removed the clearly editorial opinions after my IRC discussion which
leaves us with the feature matrix and potential issues with each of them
if any. Please feel free to update the wiki based on your evaluations.
