I have just pushed a change to virt-install which allows PXE boot installs to be done for fullyvirtualized guests. Instead of using the --location or --cdrom arggs to virt-install, use the cunningly named --pxe argument NB, this currently only works with Xen fullyvirt due to a bug in the libvirt code for parsing KVM pxe XML configs. I will fix this shortly.
