I got it to work with:
cobbler import --mirror=rsync://mirrors.kernel.org/centos/4.5/os/x86_64/CentOS/ --name=C45-64
I did get this error below, but I think that's because I removed the ia64 statement from /var/lib/cobbler/settings:
