I am able to successfully run RHEL 3.0 update 5 as DomU in fully
virtualized mode when i try creating a VM using virt-manager in
paravirtualized mode i get the following errors
Unable to complete install 'exceptions.OSError [Errno 2] No such file

Did you say RHEL 3 update 5? There is no paravirtualized kernel for any
RHEL 3 update. Fully virtualized is your only option. RHEL 4.5 (just
released) is paravirtualizable, as well as RHEL 5.0.
Take care,
