Basically you can set up a boot server, from scratch, in about 20
minutes or so -- and that includes waiting for the files to copy

Nice tutorial, but I think there is one command incomplete. That for a
xen guest:
- koan --server=bootserver.example.com --profile="">
should be:
- koan --virt --server=bootserver.example.com --profile="">
