[et-mgmt-tools] Bootstrapping cobbler from a DVD image

This basically shows how you can go from "blank system" with no cobbler 
installed to network boot server really really quickly without having to 
understand a lot of
the details of cobbler.

Basically you can set up a boot server, from scratch, in about 20 
minutes or so -- and that includes waiting for the files to copy around.

More articles/howtos to come over time, I'm sure.
