Ok, here's the fix...  only the files/directories listed above will now
be deleted when syncing.

http://cobbler.et.redhat.com/download/cobbler-0.3.3-1.src.rpm

This fix will be in Fedora Extras shortly as well, though usually that
usually takes a while to hit yum.
