This is (unfortunately) expected. Since epel 10 is currently being treated like rawhide where bodhi updates are automatic, it will cite any bugs listed in the change log in the bodhi update as well this generating the emails.
Using side tags to ship the updates should work as a workaround. (Assuming EPEL 10 side tags work.)
