Thus far the most votes are for:

Tuesday, 1700 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (0)
Thursday, 1600 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (0)
Thursday, 1700 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (0)
Friday, 1700 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (0)
Friday, 2100 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (1)
Friday, 2200 UTC : Yes (5) IfNeedBe (1)

This looks like Friday at 2100 or 2200 are best.
I'm not a big fan of meetings on Fridays, or Mondays, due to holiday conflicts.
I'll do it, if that is what everyone wants, it's just not my favorite.

Here are some of the runner up times.

Tuesday, 2100 UTC : Yes (4) IfNeedBe (1)
Tuesday, 2200 UTC : Yes (4) IfNeedBe (1)
Wednesday, 2200 UTC : Yes (4) IfNeedBe (1)
Thursday, 2200 UTC : Yes (4) IfNeedBe (1)
Thursday, 1800 UTC : Yes (3) IfNeedBe (2)

Troy
p.s. Yes, this weeks meeting is at the usual time. Whatever we decide
on will be for the following week. (March 9-13)
