FWIW, a similar question came up on the Fedora devel a few days ago, in relation to the release on 0.102.2 which fixes a DoS bug in clamd. That may be tangential to your question about an update to the 0.102.x series in general. But if you were worried particularly because of some security vulnerabilities, it might help you rest a little easier. -- Todd
