I guess it might also make sense if a packager plans to maintain a single

as a separate branch.
I will say that I was doing this via cargo-cult. I noticed hat people
were doing this for packages which were mainly minor build changes and
we have a lot of cranky people who want consistency between their
branches. I rely on them being less cranky at me so I followed what
was being done in their packages across the board.
If that however is not what I was supposed to do.. I apologize.
No problem here - I just wanted to make sure I wasn't overlooking
anything.
