Right now, a kickstart install defaults to no firstboot.  You can still
get to firstboot if you specify it with the command in your kickstart
file, but it's not the default.  We'll need to keep it that way.

If we can make use of the GeoIP stuff, that would be ideal.  I'd love to
be smarter here.
