Keep in mind that this is for rawhide and, as you can see by glancing at patch 13, is trivial to reverse. The intention here is to get more testing on grub2 so that we can identify areas of concern and get them addressed so that it is ready for F16. I am quite comfortable with the idea of breaking things in rawhide for the sake of progress. That is what it is for, IMO.
