[PATCH] [FEATURE] Better core dump 'devel' mode patch

Hi,

as I mentioned on the Friday meeting, I'm sending cleaned up patches to move coredump code into init and code to enable 'debug' shell when 'devel' is on the boot prompt.

Using the busybox initrd overlay (works for i386 and x86_64, I've seen a bug for yaboot enabling ovelay initrds as well) is is then quite easy to transfer the coredump anywhere even without network.

To use the coredump, you should preferably use mock and point it at the install tree to recreate the environment with proper library versions.
