I finally got around to make some logging specification:

Rawhide Anaconda doesn't reflect this too well yet --- logging messages
from certain sources are in wrong formats, kickstart and command line
options are handled incorrectly. On top of that the logging code still
looks somewhat clumsy. I will be posting fixes for those issues and
cleanups over the next weeks, starting now with the first two of them.
