We've had this checkbox for as long as we've had the multiple repo
support in anaconda, and it's not been targeted for removal despite all
the back-and-forth on the Rawhide repo being visible on releases.

I think that at the least we should pop up a scary warning dialog when a user
selects to use the updates repo using the checkbox.
No, it needs to be fixed properly.
As in it needs to be removed, or ?
