1) Add %{?dist} to release number in anaconda.spec. I'm tired of not having
this in the RPM name.
2) Fix problem in loader where it was prompting again to bring up the network
even if we already had an active connection.
3) Remove minihal.py and get list of NICs from NetworkManager.
