I have read-only device (usb key) on my system and when I try to install
RH 5.2, I keep getting pop up dialog something like "Unable to open
/dev/sdb read-write (Read-only file system). /dev/sdb has been opened
read-only" few times (atleast 4-6 times). /dev/sdb is my read-only usb
key. Is this a known issue? I don't see this in RH 4.x. Will this be
fixed in future release?

If you have left the USB jumpdrive connected to the system and selected an automatic partitioning method, this error will show up.

More details about how you are installing would be useful to get a better idea of what's happening.
