Glibc is dumb; kick the resolver.

So yeah, glibc is dumb and for the running anaconda process it
wont ever refresh it's view of /etc/resolv.conf even though we
write out lots of information there when we bring up the network.

This patch is essentially borrowed from smolt so that we can kick
the resolver before doing the ip lookup.

We don't seem to have a problem after this stage getting packages
and what not, something else there must be doing it right, but
without this we'll never get a hosts line written for the IP/host.
