[PATCH] offers users MD5, SHA-256, or SHA-512

This feature was requested in the RHEL-5 product line, so it only makes
sense to have it in rawhide.  In rawhide, I've modified the root
password screens in the text and gtk interfaces to let the user select
the password algorithm.  The default is MD5.

I changed the root password screen in the gtk interface to use glade.  I
don't think this code has changed in a long time.  The combo box I added
was a real pain to work with.  I may have goofed on some of the
alignment stuff.
