patch for splittree.py to resolve the source disc overflow.

Hi,anaconda-list,
I found that the splittree.py got exception when the size of source rpm
is larger than self.target_size (640.0 * 1024.0 * 1024).The following
patch may can resolve the problem.
Please check it, thank you very much.
