This is before a repomd.xml even exists. buildinstall runs on a directory of packages that as of yet does not have any repodata for them. Part of buildinstall is a createrepo -g call that expects a comps.xml file to be in $PRODPATH/base/ -- Jesse Keating Release Engineer: Fedora
