I think I may be running into the same issues as you are. I've got an unpack script and a repack script like yours, but instead of fitting into 5 CDs, I need 6 cds after i repack the ISOs. There are over 60 RPMS that don't fit on the 5 ISOs. After I do that the first CD is still not bootable... I'll keep you posted. regards, dan carpenter
