A large amount of documentation can be found here:

http://rau.homedns.org/twiki/bin/view/Anaconda/AnacondaDocumentationProject

The big hint is here:

http://fedora.redhat.com/licenses/eula.html

For Fedora Core 1 and 2 you need to customise:

anaconda-images and fedora-logos

For Rawhide based trees (and thus FC 3)

you need to remove fedora-logos and replace it with foo-logos that
provides system-logos as a virtual provide. Anaconda and grub require
system-logos.
