But I'm not clear if you mean anaconda IS broken in this release, or was broken in the beta release before. It sure seems broken now. I could not see that it was trying to go anywhere, on the alternate consoles. If a ks=... parameter is supplied, it does go get that. If that kickstart file has a "url --url ..." line, it will use that. If it doesn't, the "where do you want to install from" dialogue comes up. If no ks url is supplied, then after choosing language and keyboard, anaconda prompts for the redhat CD: not even a choice of where to install from.
