Sorry, but rebuilding an rpm just to change a line of text is a bad idea.
Instead of mucking around with anaconda or the grub rpm, you are much
better off running a simple one-liner in %post:
perl -pi -e 's/Red Hat Linux/My Linux/g' /etc/grub.conf
That will do exactly what you are looking for, and all you need to do is
put in your %post is n your kickstart file.

Hi:
You need to rebuild the grub rpm from source and change the line where it
writes Red Hat into the grub.conf to MYDISTRO. Then you need to make sure
that the newly created grub rpm file is in the buildinstall directory.
