My friend stafford U hav guided m in agood way but whatever u said in ur mail is not so easy. the .buildstamp solution is perfect & works well.
But the other one in following example where "Red Hat, Inc".
is written is not that much easy as u stated of mounting stade2.img.
"Welcome to MYOWN Linux (c) 2003 Red Hat, Inc,"
I hav tried the stage2.img solution but it actually do not worked well the old Red hat was again there.
I put new stage2.img in the first disk,rebuild the iso image of that & booted from floopy & started the HDD installation from giivin the location of my ISO image but agin Red Ha twas ther.
So No solution out here.
