I figured it out. rpmbuild was copying the zipped src again and built it
from there. I packed my custom lilo splash in the src and now it should
work.

I tried changing the rhlilo-en.pcx to my own custom lilo splash picture that
then should get copied to /boot/message which is the picture lilo access.

Everytime I copy the picture in the src rpm and rebuild it the original
rhlilo-en.pcx shows up again. Don't know why.

Any thoughts?
