RE: How to Create a Custom Bootable Redhat 9.0 CD on a single CD

I have tried your suggestion with the control character and it works
thank you very much.

However the boot screen still does the following: When the CD now starts
I get the custom.msg and about 10 or so errors about files 'Missing
parameter in config file' and 'Unknown keyword in config file'

Any ideas for that one?

I perhaps should have mentioned this in the article,
but the ^O02 is really a control character O. So, yoo
would type this in VI as "ctrl-v o" at the same time
(that's the letter o). This is probably why the colors
are not showing up.

Sounds like it isn't finding the ks.cfg file. Where
are you putting it, and how are you booting up (i.e.
do you have ks=cdrom:/ks.cfg in syslinux or are you
specifying this at the boot prompt)?
