I have a shell script in the %pre section which causes the install to abort with an exception. The error message reported is Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/anaconda", line 705, in ? instClass.setInstallData(id) File "/usr/lib/anaconda/kickstart.py", line 1154, in setInstallData self.readKickstart(id, self.file) File "/usr/lib/anaconda/kickstart.py", line 667, in readKickstart if handlers[args[0]]: KeyError: /mnt/source/pretools/finish.sh install exited abnormally sending termination signals...done sending kill signals...done disabling swap... unmounting filesystems... .... you may reboot There's nothing special int he finish script. I checked the exit code of this script which is 0. The script works sometimes and not others; it doesn't always fail. This is anaconda under RedHat 9. Anyone know what could be causing the error? What is line 667 (kickstart.py) checking for? Thanks. This e-mail has been captured and archived by the ZANTAZ Digital Safe(tm) service. For more information, visit us at www.zantaz.com.
