Custom splash.lss

	Good day,
	People. I'm trying to create custom splash.lss (RH9) using following:

	splash.png (same size as original) and in 16 colors (4-bit),
	
	then I run: pngtopnm splash.png | ppmtolss16 > splash.lss,
	but I get: /usr/bin/ppmtolss16: Premature EOF at (392,218) of
(640,256).


	Anybody knows?
