hi,
i m trying to install redhat 7.3 in the extended partition of a
win98 pc.
to do that i madea linux bootable floopy. and copied the redhat cd
to a directiory in the hardisk. viz. e:\linux
after booting from linux floopy the partion are like
/hdb1,/hdb5,hdb6,hdb7
so the RPMS are in /hdb6 and i want to instal in /hdb7
but when i point the location as /hdb6 and give the directoy name
as linux
it says " does not appear to contain proper ISO 9366 redhat cdrom
image"
before i could abl to install from the same cd. but curently i
dont hv the cd with me. so im doing it this way.
any solution to this problem
