U don't need change ur kernel-source. Btw the different
between kernel-2.4.18-4 and kernel-2.4.18-14:
kernel-2.4.18-14 is latest release (patch, rebuild, and others
improvement by developer of operating system) than kernel-2.4.18-4
the kernel version still the same, so if u need customed better
choose latest one (kernel-2.4.18-14) than the other.
U can get from http://www.rpmfind.net get the src.rpm for kernel version u
need, install it and then build it.
