So?   We can do that.  It's our trademark.  Other people cannot.

You, as an individual, talking about your system, can call it Red Hat
Linux because that's what we called it when we gave it to you.  If you
were a consultant building systems for a client, you can't call it Red
Hat Linux unless you're reselling official product.  The difference
here is the commercial endeavor.
