Hello^2,

I tried to use sof-v2.5 and after adding the module parameters

options snd_sof_pci ipc_type=1
options snd_sof_intel_hda_common sof_use_tplg_nhlt=1

and placing sof-2.5 in the avs directory [0]

The new error I get is:

[ 219.373140] sof-audio-pci-intel-tgl 0000:00:1f.3: DSP detected with PCI class/subclass/prog-if info 0x040100

With the typical aplay error:

sun:/lib/firmware/intel/avs# aplay -l
aplay: device_list:277: no soundcards found...

Digging deeper...
