Does it help to re-plug the device?

I've tried that already but it doesn't work.
The snd_rawmidi module as been compiled inside the kernel image.
Why only some modules? I don't know if it is related, but please
try to have all snd* modules compiled in, or none.

The "make menuconfig" command to configure the kernel doesn't allow to change the SND_RAWMIDI option (Kernel Version 4.9). I've tried to change the value to "m" directly inside the .config file, but it is automatically returning back to "y" when I start the compilation process.
