Sound suddenly stops on Intel 5 Series/3400

Hello,

I have problems with the Intel Corporation 5 Series/3400 audio device.
After rebooting the system the sound plays for a while (about 5 minutes)
and then suddenly stops and can not be brought back (except rebooting
the system again). I found a thread [1] where a similar problem is
described, but the solution (snoop=0) doesn't work for me. At the moment
my /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf contains

options snd slots=snd_hda_intel snoop=0
options snd-hda-intel model=thinkap enable=1 index=0 probe_mask=1
snoop=0 power_save=0

The output of alsa-info.sh can be found here [2].

Can anybody help me with this?

Thank you.
