Debugging Intel HDA | Thinkpad X230 | OS: Fedora 22

Hi,
I'm having problem to get my sound working on a Thinkpad X230 (speakers
remain silent, headphone jack works), and I am now trying to debug alsa
using the instructions here:
http://www.alsa-project.org/main/index.php/Help_To_Debug_Intel_HDA

Unfortunately, I get stuck with the second suggestion, changing the
"model" parameter?
How to do that?

Some more info:

Any ideas how to proceed?
Thanks in advance!
