to say a little more the result of -L aplay is in the file ALSA-KA6.txt

and below the description of the inputs and outputs of the KA6 :

Input :

- 1 and 2 : Line and microphone (XLR or Jack 6.35)

- MIDI in

- 3 and 4 : Jack 6.35 for devices or instruments without phantom power

- output 5 : digital input (RCA S/PDIF)

Output :

- 1 and 2 (main) Jack 6.35

- MIDI Out

- 3 and 4 (additional) jack 6.35 - always at 0dB

- Output 6 : digital output (RCA S/PDIF)

an USB port and a headphone socket

hello,

can I squat on this thread because I bought the same card last week?

the strange affair for me  is that the system doesn't show the same behavior when I turn on the computer with the card or when i plug the card once the computer is running. anyway it shows some trouble with surround 7.1, 5.1, and analog 2.1

of course there is no surrond in the card, I believe.just main and secondary  entry and output with 2 channels.

The output of "lsusb -v -d 17cc:1001" (not 1000) is in the file
