Hi, I'm using alsa in conjunction with pulseaudio and I get some strange entries in my system log. The headset seems to work fine so I'm not sure if it is a real problem... kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 1:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x81 kernel: usb 3-2: 1:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x81 kernel: usb 3-2: 1:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x81 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot set freq 44100 to ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 1:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x81 kernel: usb 3-2: 1:1: cannot set freq 44100 to ep 0x81 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot set freq 44100 to ep 0x1 kernel: usb 3-2: 2:1: cannot get freq at ep 0x1 pulseaudio[10020]: ALSA woke us up to write new data to the device, but there was actually nothing to write! pulseaudio[10020]: Most likely this is a bug in the ALSA driver 'snd_usb_audio'. Please report this issue to the ALSA developers. pulseaudio[10020]: We were woken up with POLLOUT set -- however a subsequent snd_pcm_avail() returned 0 or another value < min_avail. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Dive into the World of Parallel Programming The Go Parallel Website, sponsored by Intel and developed in partnership with Slashdot Media, is your hub for all things parallel software development, from weekly thought leadership blogs to news, videos, case studies, tutorials and more.
