hda PCH id renamend to HDMI_1 after "id=HDMI index=-2" passed to the module, BUG?

Hello,

i have problem to set the hda-intel analog output to index 0. The
index=-2 does not work as expected on some configurations.

On a PC with just an onboard HDA there are HDMI id on index 0 and PCH
id on index 1. When I modprobe the module with the id=HDMI index=-2,
the PCH is on index 0 and HDMI on index 1 as expected.

BUT, if I insert a graphics card with its own HDMI and load the module
with the same options as above, the PCH id is renamed to HDMI_1 and
occupies index 1, while the HDMI from gfx card is on index 0. Same
with parameters id=HDMI index=2 or any other index.

I tried kernels from 3.12 (gentoo) to 3.17-rc7 (vanilla) with the same
results.

This is and embedded/live rescue system used by blind people, thus a
have to find a reliable automatic solution how to have analog out
always on index 0. The alsa in 3.11 and older kernels worked allways
that way without any special parameters.
