Just one more thought from my previous questions: "What is the difference between the boot process ALSA init and the manual module insert (modprobe/insmod) or daemon reload." If we say suspend/resume in ice1712 driver lacks, it still works during boot, why this can't be duplicated after suspend/resume? What is happening after suspend/resume cycle that is so hard to overcome and reinitialize this driver?
