It's because BIOS on your machine doesn't set the whole audio pins
correctly.

Try to put the file attached below as /lib/firmware/alsa/alc260-sony,
then pass a module option patch=alsa/alc260-sony to snd-hda-intel
driver.  This will override the pin configs and sets three pins.  The
values are taken from other Sony VAIO with ALC260, so it might not
cover all I/Os on yours or might be wrong.
