I really only use Linux for >= 10 years, I love it, but it's not pony land. All kernels-rt < 3.10.x worked for me, all kernels-rt 3.10.x don't work. When audio engineering was my job, I didn't use it. For around 10 years I use Linux only. I'm not against Linux, again I love it's advantages and don't use another OS for producing music.
