That would not allow me to select the new option settings.
What I do is to "re-use" the old as the new base.
Reconfigure new settings from this

Yes, perfectly, OSS is just playing flawless.

But aplay, amixer can not "open" any device.
Rant: No soundcards found.

So i diverted to option DEPRECATED SYSFS but wo/effect.

Devices in /dev are fine. The "old" kernel 2.x is perfect.
The new modules are loading ( and playing via OSS) but not
playing via "hw" like devices... Which require "open" func.

I have no clue so far.
But Thanx a lot,  any ideia always led to something
