Mixers mixed up with hda-intel

Hi,
i am using a Asus G71GX laptop, with the hda-intel driver.
In alsamixer, there are the playback channels:
Master, Headphone, Speaker, Bass Speaker, PCM, Mic, Mic Boost, S/PDIF s/PDIF Default, Internal Mic
and Internal Mic Boost.
The Headphones Mixer is doing nothing as far is i can tell but the Bass Speaker mixer is changing
the volume of my headphones, so i think that there is something mixed up.
Also when i adjust the Master volume, the Volume of my headphones is unaffected (maybe because it is
recognized as Bass Speaker).

For now i worked around this issue by changing my pulseaudio to always adjust PCM, which affects
speakers and headphones as expected.

I am using gentoo with a 3.2.1-gentoo-r2 kernel

alsa-lib has the version 1.0.25-r1

Regards,
Reno
