You mostly tried the wrong model options. According to the diagnostic script your Lenovo has a CX20549. I believe that used to be known as a Conexant 5045 which means according to the HD-Audio-Models.txt file the options to try are laptop-hpsense, laptop-micsense, laptop-hpmicsense, benq, laptop-hp530.
